Exercise Physiologist Steph at The Health Studio will then be able to form an individualised, structured treatment plan for athletes to address these deficits and reduce their risk of injury in-season, helping to keep you on the sporting field and playing at your best. These treatment plans may include individualised home exercise programs, strength and conditioning, structured running programs and advice on sport-specific training.
These screenings can identify deficits in range of motion, strength, muscle control, balance, proprioception and sports specific skills, which are often contributing factors to future injury and poorer sporting performance.
